Creating authentic Scottish tablet right in the heart of Arizona.
Scottish tablet is an enticing fudge-like confectionary, that's very tempting to the sweet tooth. Tablet is a complex candy to explain as it does not have the soft texture of fudge, nor does it have the chewy texture of caramel. It tends to be more 'sugary' in texture, but Alba Confectionary creates a slighter smoother consistency compared to other variations.
The taste is most certainly unique, and it is very difficult to limit yourself to only eating one piece!
Give in to the temptation and try this wonderful confectionary made with a recipe adapted from our Scottish family!
Putting together all the small details for a wedding can take a lot of work and be very time consuming. Let us help you by planning and creating your wedding favors as a little thank you to your guests. Small bags with 2-3 pieces of tablet (your choice as to how many pieces you would like), and the bags can be worked in to your color scheme.

Store Owners
Thank you for thing the time to visit our store. Susan and Megan have been friends for a few years after Susan immigrated from Scotland to Arizona in January of 2016. Having been born and brought up in Scotland, and married to a Scotsman, Susan has always been surrounded by the delights and delicacies that Scotland had to offer. Susan continued making these treats and began introducing them to the people of Arizona. Together, Susan and Megan decided to bring the delicious confectionary that is tablet, to homes of locals here in Arizona!
